For Stefna, a software company specializing in web and app solutions, the goal was to create a modern, collaborative office that enhances productivity and reflects the brand's innovative spirit. Located in a practical and accessible part of Florence, the office is surrounded by greenery, offering a refreshing environment. The design focused on balancing the diverse needs of the staff. Management required privacy, customer service needed quiet, and programmers sought comfort and play. To foster collaboration, the layout encourages teamwork while minimizing noise pollution. Recreational spaces were integrated to boost morale and strengthen team dynamics. Stefna’s branding, characterized by a playful dark red, was incorporated through accent colors. Natural materials and greenery were used to create a calm, productive atmosphere.
